BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The all-volunteer Board of Directors consists of voting and ex-officio members. Voting members include a cross section of the community from all walks of life. The non-voting ex-officio members of the Board are the superintendent of schools and an officer of the Krum ISD Board of Trustees. In accordance with the Foundation’s bylaws, no employee of Krum ISD or member of the Krum ISD Board of Trustees may serve as a voting member of the Foundation Board.
