1. Download the registration e-form.

2. Complete the registration information, read all of the contest guidelines, and e-sign the form.

3. Complete the Entry Category, Team Name, and Team Captain Email Address fields below.  This information should match your registration form.  MAKE SURE YOU SAVE THE COMPLETED FORM.

4. Upload the completed registration e-form.

5. Upload the battle video.  Max length: 3 minutes.  Supported file types:  .avi, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpe, .mp4, .mkv, .webm, .mov, .ogv, .vob, .m4v, .3gp, .divx, .xvid.

6. Click the SUBMIT button.
