Students and teachers at Blanche Dodd Intermediate are excited to bring abstract ideas to life with their new Makerbot Replicator 3D printer. A $5,000 technology grant awarded by the Krum Education Foundation (KEF) spring 2015 has allowed a pair of Dodd teachers to purchase the new machine on campus. “We are amazed and proud that KEF funded our 3D printer; it is such a blessing,” said, fourth-grade teacher Lisa Goff, who helped write the grant.
